Companies with good environmental, social and governance (ESG) management often perform better and deliver superior financial as well as social returns over time. Investing with a sustainability lens is therefore gaining more interest and traction. In fact, it is estimated that over 90 of the world’s 100 largest investment managers have committed to (ESG) considerations into investment decisions, ownership and reporting by becoming signatories to the Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI), a UN-backed initiative. Additionally, Sustainable and Responsible investments can also be a strong driver for innovation.
In this webinar, we will learn from two AVPN members who are leaders in this arena. Schroders, one of the largest asset managers in the world, will share their experience and approach to sustainable investments. ETF Partners will share their approach to investing in companies with innovative technology, as well as a strong environmental and social focus.

Kate is Head of Policy at Schroders, and is an investment manager focused on managing assets for Charities, Foundations, and Endowments globally. Kate is responsible for sector engagement as well as co-managing a charity investment fund. She has sixteen years investment experience, is chair of the Charity Investors’ Group and has co-authored a number of Foundation investment research reports, published by the Association of Charitable Foundations.

Partner, ETF Partners
Fabrice has more than 10 years’ experience investing in high growth technology companies across Europe, notably at the convergence of information technology and sustainable development. He represents the firm on the board of portfolio companies.Fabrice previously worked at Goldman Sachs where his work covered both public and private transactions, including the renewable energy and environmental services sectors. Fabrice also worked as a strategy consultant at Simat Helliesen & Eichner, focusing on the transportation and aerospace sectors across Europe and Asia.
