Last Thursday (30/11), volunteers from the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) Programme in India paid a visit to two social enterprises in Jakarta, Burgreens and Krakakoa. Through this visit, they aimed to understand the landscape of social enterprises in Indonesia and how their impacts are measured.
Burgreens Co-founder, Helga Angelina, and Krakakoa Co-founder, Sabrina Mustopo, hosted these volunteers at their office, separately. Not only that they gained knowledge on how these social enterprises impact the farmers and how they measure their impacts, these volunteers also had the opportunity to taste Burgreens’ menu and Krakakoa chocolate bars!
