What is #WONDERTECH?
#wondertech is a new initiative that aims to build on the participation and success of women in tech. This initiative is initiated by various companies (Lazada, Gojek, Zalora, ANGIN, Shopee, to name a few) but remains neutral with no affiliation to any single entity. We welcome more parties to join!
What to expect?
- Interactive “Ask Me Anything” panel with prominent leaders in the start-up & techindustries discussing about why women in tech matters, benefits it bring, and so on
- Vibrant networking session with start-up & tech communities
- Survey result dissemination on opportunities & challenges for women in technology

#wondertech is an initiative aiming to ultimately increase the participation of female top talents in the Indonesian tech sector by conveying a positive message of you can do it! We are an open platform inviting any other existing initiative with similar goals.
With #wondertech we aim to give inspiration to the great female talent we are working with every day. We hope we can help make them believe that pursuing a career in tech to the top level or as a founder is a choice and that they receive as much support as anyone else.
#wondertech is initiated by several executives of leading tech companies in Indonesia, such as Dayu Dara (Go-Jek), Florian Holm (Lazada), Khailee Ng (500 Startups) and Sandhya Devanathan (Facebook)
