Charles Lee is the co-founder of Proses Data Indonesia, a company focusing on providing practical solutions for business processes using cloud-based software. Currently it is developing a solution for people management as part of the three core business principles involving people, process, and promotion. Proses Data strives to enable businesses to automate and innovate in a cost-effective way.
Charles is currently the Director in a private property company that develops and operates high-rise commercial property. The company manages an office building and service apartment. Charles is interested in building sustainable properties to cater to people’s needs for quality work, living and leisure lifestyle. Part of this commitment of sustainable building involves using BIM and best practices during development to increase operational efficiency and reduce maintenance issues.
Charles’ professional experience was mostly in the United States focusing on financial and accounting functions. His accounting background included work in audit, tax, and regulatory compliance. His financial experience includes consulting on M&A deals, due diligence and financial valuations. Previously Charles worked in Tseng and Lee, LLP, Deloitte and Touche, Newscorp, and Renaisance Capital. He obtained his Accounting degree from the University of Southern California. He also dual majored in Information Systems, is SAP certified, and was a CPA in State of California, USA.
Given his financial services, property development, and startup experience, Charles is interested to help entrepreneurs on developing the right business strategy to highlight the true value proposition of the business and provide guidance on running operations on sound principles of business ethics and efficient processes.
