On 4-5 March 2019, UNDP Biofin Indonesia convened the Bio – Economy Expo 2019 (Bio – Econ Expo) which also served part of its campaign raise awareness about the importance of biodiversity. Sheila attended this event as a representative of ANGIN Team. One of ANGIN’s angel investor Florian Holm was part of investors invited for the networking lunch.
This event was held to commemorate World Wildlife Day, the agenda of this event included Biotalks, startup pitching session, hackathon, and a networking lunch where participants had the opportunity to interact with investors directly. One of ANGIN’s angel investor Florian Holm was part of investors invited for the Networking Lunch. Some of the speakers invited to the Biotalks were Bukalapak’s President M. Fajrin, Crowde’s Head of Marketing Afifa Urfani, and ArumDalu Labs’ CEO Albert Pramono. There were also booths showcasing selected startups’ products coming from industries such as waste management, agritech, and sustainable food. Some of these startups were Moreenga, Waste4Change, Timurasa, and many others.
