On 11 April 2019, Co-Hive organized a global competition named “Get in the Ring Jakarta 2019” at Co-Hive 101, Jakarta. Get in the Ring is a global network of organizations that collaborate to tackle challenges faster. Together with partners in more than 100 countries, it aims to unlock opportunities for innovators. The winner will be going to compete in Global Meetup 2019 in Berlin on June 17-19, 2019.
Managing Director of ANGIN, David Soukhasing, had the honour to be one of the judges for the final round of this competition. Other than that, this competition invited many other prominent actors from the ecosystem, such as Ivan A Sandjaja (Managing Director at Global Entrepreneurship Network), Gibran Huzaifah (CEO of eFishery), Melisa Djoewardi (Corporate & Venture Manager of GK-Plug and Play Indonesia), Kentaro Hashimoto (CEO of GNB Accelerator Jakarta), Devina Halim (Investment Associate of East Ventures), Justin Lee (CEO of Pointstar), and Tony Alexander (Digital Lead of HMD Indonesia).
