[RECAP] ANGIN Monthly Pitch Luncheon April 2019

ANGIN’s Monthly Pitch Luncheon April was successfully held on 24 April 2019 at WeWork Revenue Tower, Jakarta. This month, there were five startups presenting their businesses in front of potential investors, both individuals and representatives of institutional investors. Each startup had 5 minutes pitching time, followed by 10 minutes Q&A and feedback session with investors. The event was concluded with lunch and networking session.

The five startups who pitched were:

  • Agrisia: A B2B application that simplifies the distribution chain of fresh vegetables. It allows farmers to sell crops directly to traditional vegetable kiosks with sustainable pricing.
  • Sociabuzz: A creative services marketplace that allows users to book services from influencers, photographers, makeup artists, musicians, etc.
  • WeCare.id: A donation-based crowdfunding platform focusing on health. It is now developing an integrated membership application to engage regular donors.
  • Plato: An online one-stop-shop legal services that connects SMEs to legal experts (i.e. lawyers and notary). It offers affordable, reliable, and convenient services for B2B clients.
  • Cloth Inc: An Indonesian e-commerce fashion brand producing affordable contemporary ready-to-wear clothing. It promotes ethical fashion by advocating fair wage.
