What Challenges Does Skilvul Group Address in Digital Education for Indonesians?
Skilvul Group is established to solve a perennial problem in Indonesia: the barriers that many Indonesians face in accessing digital capabilities, contributing to a persistent skills mismatch.
This perennial problem has existed because of a confluence of factors such as the lack of outdated digital knowledge in formal education, lack of high-quality ICT skills in the Indonesian workforce, and the unequal access to digital skills development, impeded by socioeconomic and geographical barriers. This has resulted in many Indonesians facing immense difficulties in finding employment that is aligned with the current dynamic needs of the IT industry in Indonesia.
What Solutions Does Skilvul Group Offer?
To resolve the inaccessibility to digital capabilities in Indonesia, Skilvul Group provides in-demand bootcamps, scholarships, entrepreneurship training and career preparation programmes to empower females in STEM, underprivileged communities and persons with disabilities.
This holistic approach is designed to help a wide range of people such as Indonesian students in higher education and business professionals, facilitating the acquisition of digital skills. This contributes to a growing pool of Digital Talent in Indonesia.
