Antler, in partnership with ANGIN, conducted Antler Entrepreneurship Hour on 10 September, 6-9pm at Wework Revenue Tower, Jakarta, and Dedicated Pitching Session on 11 September, 11-1pm at Wework Menara Astra, Jakarta. In Antler Entrepreneurship Hour, Antler team shared about its startup generator program and invited some Indonesian startup founders that participated in previous Antler’s program. The audience, consisting of startup founders and aspiring entrepreneurs, were very engaged in the session.
The next day, ANGIN conducted a dedicated ANGIN x Antler Pitching Session to facilitate Antler’s startups presenting their businesses in front of investors from our network. This session was well-attended by our network, consisting of angel investors, venture capitals, and family office representatives.
Through this tailored event, Antler is leveraging ANGIN’s Indonesia-based network of both entrepreneurs and investors to succeed in their program. Read our story below!

Benedikta Atika, our Impact Investment Lead led the project. She identified key players to our invitation with her knowledge and network around the early-stage investment ecosystem. Meanwhile, Atin Dewi Iriyanti led the operations and logistics of the event, and Gema Minang, our Tech Investment Lead remained in charge and assisted the team.
Leveraging ANGIN’s Network: Event Publication, Invitations, and Logistics
ANGIN team facilitated the pre-event preparation covering logistics, invitations, and publication of Antler Entrepreneurship Hour. The main event attracted a total of 100 attendees coming from both investors and entrepreneurs backgrounds. Antler kickstarted the event with an introduction to Antler’s Startup Generator program followed by a sharing session with Antler’s graduates (Base, Bubays, Robin and Sampingan) where they provided insights on their experience as a participant and how the program has helped them in starting the business operation. Dedicated Pitching Session
In the following day ANGIN conducted a dedicated pitching session where we facilitated Antler’s startups to pitch in front of investors from our network. The event was well attended by 20 investors consisting of our angel investors and also partners from Coffee Ventures, MDI, and Prasetia Dwidarma to name a few. There were 2 startups from Antler’s program who pitched on this session, accompanied by 2 other startups who shared briefly about their business. Each of the startups were given 5 minutes to pitch, followed by a 10 minutes Q&A session with the investors.

Robin helps organizations to do fact-checking and spot falsified data on resumes and CVs. It operates by engaging with applicants’ referee and by utilizing 70 data points to perform analysis.
Bubays
Bubays provides young families in Indonesia with healthy, and tasty baby food, delivered fresh to their doorstep. The tech platform enables users to personalize their order based on their baby’s age, allergies and also helps monitor the baby’s development.
Sampingan
B2B startup focusing on helping companies scale by connecting them to a network of trained freelance agents who will complete tasks via a pay-per-performance system.
Base
offers personalized skincare for the modern millennial Indonesian woman. It is a fully digital direct-to-consumer (D2C) skincare platform with high-quality products made from halal and vegan ingredients.
Through this dedicated pitching session, we accommodated these startups to be exposed to and be connected with vetted investors who can help them in realising their fundraising goals.
